Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics Experience a Plus)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and optimization of healthcare business processes and systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements that improve efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM or ERP) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders
• Translate clinical and operational needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with IT, developers, and vendors to support system implementations and enhancements
• Analyze workflows related to patient management, billing, claims, care coordination, and reporting
• Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
• Create process documentation, data models, and reports for leadership and end users
• Provide ongoing support, training, and optimization recommendations post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and data
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and process mapping
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with BA tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP)
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience supporting EHR, EMR, billing, or claims systems
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools
• Healthcare certifications or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
