Title: Mobility Engineer

Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite)

Duration: Contract (Only H1B)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong expertise in Android Enterprise and bulk enrollment tools such as Google Zero-Touch and Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment.
• Hands-on experience with EMM/MDM platforms like Workspace ONE (Omnissa), Ivanti, SOTI, or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of Android OS, Android platform architecture, ADB, and Android Enterprise APIs.
• Experience enrolling, managing, and supporting large-scale Android device deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Pixel devices, including features, capabilities, and core hardware components (e.g., custom chipsets).
• Ability to perform initial issue triage, address Pixel/Android Enterprise technical queries, and drive quick resolutions in collaboration with Google teams.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to clearly articulate Android Enterprise and Pixel capabilities to enterprise clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to understand and respond to customer technical requirements.
