Overview
Client is seeking a Salesforce Production Support/Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This role is heavily focused on production support while also contributing to ongoing Salesforce and Conga development efforts. Over time, this individual may grow into a team lead role.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning production issues, supporting critical business systems, and taking accountability to ensure problems are fully resolved.
Position Description
- Provide production support for Salesforce and related applications (approximately 90% of the role)
- Perform Salesforce development to support enhancements, fixes, and optimizations
- Support and develop Conga (Conga Composer) solutions
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for issues, including seeing problems through to resolution
- Opportunity to grow into a lead role over time as the team expands
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years of Conga (Conga Composer) development experience
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability — ensuring issues are handled, not just logged
- Willingness and ability to focus primarily on production support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus / Preferred Skills
- Local to the Philadelphia area
- Experience with healthcare provider data and integrations with FACETS
- SQL Server experience
