Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Lead / Technical PM with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and DBT, capable of leading data engineering initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Snowflake & DBT-based data initiatives
• Act as bridge between business, data, and engineering teams
• Define technical roadmap, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee DBT modeling, testing, and deployment
• Ensure best practices in data architecture and governance
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies
• Drive Agile ceremonies and technical documentation

Required Skills:

• Snowflake architecture & data modeling
• DBT (Core, Cloud, testing, macros)
• Technical leadership or TPM experience
• SQL, cloud platforms
• Agile / Scrum delivery
