Job Role: ServiceNow Developer / Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and deliver strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
  • Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
