Position: React Developer (In-Person Interview Mandatory)

Location: San Leandro, CA (Day-1 Onsite)

Work Mode: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced React Developer to build and support enterprise-level, responsive web applications. The role requires strong front-end engineering expertise, hands-on ReactJS development, and close collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience developing enterprise-scale, responsive web applications
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and application design
• Hands-on experience developing ReactJS applications
• Expertise in usability, cross-browser compatibility, web security (XSS/XSRF), accessibility, and performance optimization
• Experience implementing web accessibility using ARIA techniques
• Strong experience with unit, integration, and performance testing and TDD practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
