 Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience to support cross-functional development teams.

The ideal candidate will have SAFe certification, strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, and a background in Business Analysis. A technical background in .NET technologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, removing impediments, improving team performance, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader supporting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Implement and promote Agile & SAFe framework practices across teams.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.

Remove impediments and manage risks impacting sprint delivery.

Track sprint progress using Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting tools.

Support backlog refinement and user story development.

Coach teams on Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and self-organization.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams within SAFe environment.
