Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Lead

Location: Illinois (Hybrid – Onsite in Chicago 2 days/week mandatory) Only H1B C2C 

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Lead to support and lead global ERP Cloud operations with strong expertise in Finance modules and IT SOX application controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global functional teams supporting Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Finance primarily; SCM, HCM, Projects exposure a plus)
• Act as SME to resolve complex functional issues, bottlenecks, and escalations
• Define and enforce governance models for incident, problem, and change management
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across regions
• Ensure consistent functional configuration and support across geographies
• Drive quarterly release testing, regression validation, and new feature adoption
• Perform fit-gap analysis and functional impact assessments for change requests
• Collaborate with business teams to harmonize processes and implement ERP best practices
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Maintain global functional documentation (SOPs, configuration guides, process maps)
• Develop training materials and conduct functional workshops
• Promote knowledge sharing and build global functional capability
