Role Overview

We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer II to join the Digital Banking Control Tower team. This role focuses on building mission-critical tools that power next-generation financial platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and working in a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

Front-End

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and DOM manipulation
• Experience with React.js and modern frameworks (Flux/Redux preferred)
• Familiarity with modern ECMAScript (ES6+) features
• Experience with responsive and adaptive web design
• Exposure to data structure libraries

Back-End

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8+), Kotlin, and reactive programming
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant APIs
• Exposure to Vert.x or similar frameworks preferred
• Python experience is a plus
• Machine learning exposure is a plus

General Skills

• Familiarity with modern build tools and pipelines
• Strong focus on automated testing and code quality
• Experience with performance optimization and benchmarking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
