Job Summary
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a large-scale enterprise integration and migration initiative within the Life Sciences industry. The selected candidate will work closely with integration leadership and business stakeholders to drive workstream execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful migration planning and delivery.
This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365), enterprise migration programs, cutover planning, and detailed execution management. The Technical PM will report directly to the Integration Lead and provide granular task-level tracking, risk management, and workstream reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate enterprise-wide integration and migration activities across multiple workstreams.
- Report progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables at a detailed task and milestone level.
- Develop and maintain entity-level mapping and migration tracking documentation.
- Drive workstream-by-workstream planning, execution, and status reporting.
- Create and manage detailed Day 1 cutover plans, including execution schedules and contingency strategies.
- Define and document rollback procedures to mitigate migration and deployment risks.
- Establish and coordinate post-go-live Hypercare support models and transition activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Support governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading enterprise IT transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 (O365) migration and integration projects.
- Experience creating detailed cutover plans, rollback strategies, and Hypercare support frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and migration methodologies.
- Experience with detailed task-level project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Healthcare).
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational integrations and technology transformations.
- Familiarity with device deployment programs and end-user migration activities.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and managed service providers.
