Title: Sr. Data Analyst

Duration: 9+ month contract

Location: Shakopee, MN – Hybrid – Must be LOCAL

Must have skills: Python, SQL, Excel, Order-to-Cash (OTC- having this experience will win the client). They want someone experienced working with ERP systems and quilting or order management platforms. Having AI experience is huge bonus.

· Required skills:

- SQL - pulling data from either ERP - Monarch and Iquote - quotation software

? Extracting data from FEdEX and UPS freight systems

o The quality of inaccuracy of invoicing and shipping from them is not good

o Strong SQL experience - extremely good in Excel and Python

o Doing stuff in AI

o Helpful if they understand what OTC means - helpful to understand the impact - understanding they are making custom packages for customers not Widgets

o Every single order they intake is unique - it is critical that they get the processes correct along the way.

o Complexity is they idealize the product for the product /Design for the packaging - this is where they have leakage and inaccuracies in billing - then they will do additional work - and not always getting billed

o Use I Quote on the front end - then that feeds to Monarch - they currently have workaround in Excel - they have a high value capture - rapidly trying to improve the process- don't want to have bandaids on it - make sure they fix it.

o I.E inflation - how are we billing inflation - they aren't billing for it. Rapidly trying to get data to determine what the impacts are - Stood up enterprise reporting to get a BI team and get governance and oversight

o Someone who can be part of the team - can be a few years if they are very sharp - 10-15 years of experience is ideal

o Someone who can take direction and be part of the team -here is this data set and figure out - matching- using fuzzy math - this should appear with this - that was a disaster when you look at three months

o Analyzing quoting data, operational data, sales data. - Identifying opportunities with financial leakage.

Required Experience:

8–15+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles

Advanced SQL expertise (required)

Strong proficiency in Excel and Python for data analysis and automation

Experience working with ERP systems and quoting/order management platforms

Proven ability to work with messy, inconsistent datasets and derive actionable insights

Experience identifying and quantifying financial or operational leakage

Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and downstream impacts
