Required skills: 

11Years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles

11 years Hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.

11 years of Experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing, with validation of end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative roles.

11years Experience of leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for of 

11 years of Experience in ensuring SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases is fully tested

11 years Coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.

11 years of Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.

11 years of Coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.

11 years of Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall QA strategy, planning, and execution for the EHR SaaS implementation.

Develop and maintain QA governance, testing approach, schedules, and resource plans.

Serve as the primary QA point of contact for program leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Provide regular reporting on testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project management and stakeholders.

Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, retested, and validated before deployment.

Lead validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems. Validate patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation

Review and test ETL processes, data mapping documents, validation rules, and reconciliation reports

Conduct pre-load and post-load validation, record counts, field-level verification, and exception analysis.

Coordinate testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts

Lead functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing.

Validate end-to-end workflows across user roles, including clinicians, nurses, pharmacy, registration, and administrative staff.

Ensure workflows align with business, clinical, and regulatory requirements

Execute and oversee system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support

Ensure SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases are fully tested

Partner with business and clinical SMEs to prepare UAT scenarios and test cases

Support and guide UAT execution, defect triage, and sign-off activities. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence

Track defects and test execution using testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ALM, Jira)

Support manual and automated testing approaches where applicable

Ensure documentation meets audit, compliance, and project delivery standards
