Data extraction and analysis (approx. 60/40 split between analysis and execution)
Analyze supplier, plant, and process data to support onboarding decisions
Perform lookups, data organization, and validation
Prepare documentation, summaries, and working notes
Conduct change impact analysis when process or technology changes occur (would be great if they could)
Review and understand process flows; assess downstream impacts
Recommend process changes where needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and Interpret Data: Review datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
• Organize Data: Use pivot tables to summarize, filter, and categorize information efficiently.
• Perform Lookups and Data Matching: Apply VLOOKUP (or similar functions) to cross-reference and consolidate data across multiple sheets.
• Prepare Reports: Present data in a clear, structured format for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Manage SharePoint Access: Grant and manage user permissions for sites and document libraries, ensuring proper security and compliance.
• Support Communication Needs: Prepare distribution lists and, when needed, send communications in the agreed format to internal buyers and external suppliers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related degree
• Certifications in business analysis or ERP systems preferred.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis – supply chain deployments
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft 365
• Experience with SharePoint permission management and workflow tools
Core Technical Skills
· ERP & Supply Chain Systems Expertise: SAP MM module configuration (Procure-to-Pay, EDI messaging, master data) Familiarity with tools like E2Open, Oracle SCM, and integration interfaces
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI for dashboards and KPIs Ability to interpret large datasets for forecasting and inventory optimization
· Process Mapping & Documentation: Creating functional specifications, workflows, and interface designs Knowledge of BPMN or similar modeling standards
· Testing & Implementation: Writing test cases, supporting SIT/UAT, and validating EDI transactions (e.g., 860/865 messaging)
Additional Responsibilities (OCM & Governance) (If possible)
· Assess OCM impacts for functional and technical changes affecting business and BRM teams.
· Maintain SharePoint site governance to keep content organized, current, and user-friendly.
· Support communications for RUN team, BRM team, and project stakeholders.
· Contribute to solution proposals, ensuring OCM deliverables are included and supported by appropriate resources for approved projects.
Prioritization Guidance
· Core BA tasks should be prioritized.
· Light OCM support is expected (not full governance and comms ownership).
