Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java/Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development, cloud technologies, and databases, specifically within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will work on enterprise-scale applications, supporting design, development, and deployment of high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and Python
• 
  
• Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs
• 
  
• Work with Oracle and MongoDB for data modeling, storage, and performance tuning
• 
  
• Develop and deploy applications on Azure Cloud
• 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA
• 
  
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• 
  
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
• 
  
• Support telecom-specific workflows, integrations, and business logic

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python development
• 
  
• Strong experience with Oracle and MongoDB
• 
  
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• 
  
• Full stack development experience (backend-heavy preferred)
• 
  
• Strong understanding of Telecom domain processes and systems
• 
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• 
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture

• CI/CD pipeline exposure

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
