Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer to join UPS Private Cloud team. This role is critical to the day-to-day management and stability of our private cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Red Hat OpenShift platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in container platforms, infrastructure operations, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform daily operational tasks related to the support and maintenance of the OpenShift platform. 

•Apply patches and updates to OpenShift clusters to ensure platform security and stability. 

•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the OpenShift environment. 

•Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to support application deployments and ensure platform readiness. 

•Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible). 

•Maintain and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning. 

•Participate in on-call 24x7 support rotation and respond to incidents related to OpenShift and associated infrastructure.

•Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and industry best practices. 

•Document operational procedures, configurations, and platform changes.
