AEP + Backend Experience is Mandatory.

The client is specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in:

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Backend Engineering
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Engineering

AEM is NOT the requirement.

Do NOT submit AEM-focused candidates unless they also have strong hands-on AEP and backend experience.

Onsite Requirement: Candidate must be able to work 2 days per week from the Johns Creek, GA office.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced GCP Data Engineer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Backend Engineering experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, with strong expertise in GCP data engineering, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, backend development, and Adobe Experience Platform.

The candidate will work with onsite and offshore teams to develop enterprise-scale data pipelines supporting analytics, customer data, and data science workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Design, develop, and support solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Integrate enterprise data sources with AEP.
• Support data ingestion, transformation, processing, and downstream data workflows.
• Work with backend systems and APIs to integrate AEP with enterprise applications.
• Ensure data pipelines and integrations meet security, privacy, governance, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, integration, and backend connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Adobe and enterprise data teams to deliver scalable customer-data solutions.

GCP Data Engineering

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and maintain large-scale data engineering solutions.
• Develop data pipelines supporting analytics and data science workloads.
• Design solutions that are secure, scalable, highly available, and cost optimized.
• Implement appropriate data quality, governance, privacy, and security controls.
