About the Role:
Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our teams in a fully remote role. You will handle scheduling, documentation, communication, and general administrative tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, virtual meetings, and team communications
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Support email organization and digital file management
- Assist with onboarding and coordinating virtual events
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience (biotech/pharma a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
