Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile teams in the development and delivery of enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires driving Agile best practices, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for Agile software development teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove project impediments to improve team productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down metrics, and overall project performance.
• Facilitate UAT planning, testing coordination, and release management activities.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Product Management, and Business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, SDLC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with healthcare domain projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
