  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and automation roadmaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production defects and testing failures.
  • Ensure adherence to software quality standards and testing best practices.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Strong expertise with Playwright and modern test automation practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Skills.md or similar AI agent instruction frameworks.

  • Configure and maintain Playwright MCP servers and tools to support AI-driven test automation scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
