Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Work with business users and technical teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SWIFT messaging issues.
- Perform SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Support DNS-related application connectivity issues.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Coordinate UAT and production deployments.
- Provide production support and root cause analysis.
