Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Agile Coach with a strong technical background to lead and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving project deliveries, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end project delivery and timelines

 Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Stand-ups)

 Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements

 Ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, and business teams

 Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies

 Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

 Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

 Solid technical background (development or related experience preferred)

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and teams
