**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in COBOL development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, ADABAS, VSAM, and JCL while working closely with business and technical teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, ADABAS, VSAM, and JCL.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and production support.

• Troubleshoot batch processing issues and ensure application performance.

• Prepare technical specifications, work plans, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.

**Required Skills:**

• 10+ years of experience in COBOL development.

• Strong experience with CICS, ADABAS, VSAM, and IBM JCL.

• Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL processes, testing methodologies, and application support.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
