Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•      Governance & Compliance: Track and ensure 100% compliance for 70+ application owners regarding new

Technology Operating Model requirements (NFRs) and other enterprise governance and compliance requirements.

•      Operational Resilience: Support enterprise initiative to document and "prove out" the failover and recovery capabilities of third party applications supporting Critical Business Services delivered by ACT applications.

•      Product Delivery: Act as the primary Project Manager/Analyst for a proprietary Vendor Management application, supporting a developer team and managing integrations with source systems (Archer, ServiceNow, and Coupa Core).

•      Work Management: Maintain the team’s backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, technical dependencies are identified, and progress is transparently reported to leadership Roles & Responsibilities

•      Work Management Mastery: Advanced experience with Jira (or equivalent) for tracking sprints, kanban boards, and long-term epics.

•      Technical Writing: Ability to translate complex governance mandates into actionable user stories and technical documentation.

•      Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and "hold the line" with busy application managers to meet compliance deadlines.

•      Analytical Rigor: Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (Archer, ServiceNow, Coupa) to identify gaps in resilience or vendor data Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Role Descriptions: PM role. As a Technical Delivery Manager for the ACT (Ally Corporate Technology) technology organization| you will bridge the gap between high-level enterprise governance and technical execution. You will support ACT Governance Operations (AGO) team in driving governance and operational maturity across a portfolio of 200 applications. This is a hybrid role requiring the organizational rigor of a Project Manager and the analytical mindset of a Technical Analyst. You will ensure compliance with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)| drive application resiliency efforts| and serve as a surrogate Product OwnerScrum Master for internal tool development.

 

Key Responsibilities
