Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect – Commerce Cloud

Location:Remote (U.S.-based | TX or CA)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect (Commerce Cloud) to lead a large-scale digital commerce transformation for a pharmaceutical client.

This role will focus on:

• Decoupling legacy commerce architecture 
• Modernizing OMS (Order Management Systems) 
• Enhancing customer engagement ecosystems 
• Driving end-to-end Commerce Cloud strategy & implementation 

Must-Have Requirements (Screening Essentials)

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) – Architect Level Experience 
• Experience in PHARMA / Life Sciences (MANDATORY) 
• Strong expertise in B2B + B2C Commerce Implementations 
• Hands-on integration with SAP & OMS platforms 
• Experience with Decoupled / Headless Commerce Architecture 
• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management 
• Salesforce Certifications (REQUIRED): 
• Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) 
• Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) 

 Preferred Experience

• Commerce on Demand & scalable architecture strategies 
• Customer engagement, loyalty programs, personalization 
• Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma preferred) 
• Leading offshore & distributed development teams 

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations 
• Conduct discovery workshops & define business requirements 
• Develop solution blueprints & transformation roadmaps 
• Design decoupled commerce ecosystems for scalability 
• Architect and implement OMS (Order Management System) layer 
• Drive B2B & B2C storefront development 
• Collaborate with SAP teams for backend integration 
• Ensure performance optimization & architectural best practices 
• Act as a trusted advisor to business & technical stakeholders
