Job Description

Partner with Clients’ Site Reliability Engineers & Deliver Automation, Monitoring/Alerting Optimization, Stability Improvements Incident Restoration and Perform regular application maintenance / health checks, Working with load balanced high traffic services, optimize code and automate routine tasks

Identify & document the root cause of issues and back track to the source of issues for resolution

Participate in agile practice such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions

Competencies: Digital : Anaplan

Essential Skills: 

• Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model development, including data integration, solution design, and optimization.
• Ability to create complex financial models and business planning solutions using Anaplan.
• Experience with Anaplan administration tasks, including user management, deployment, and model performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges through Anaplan solutions.

Desirable Skills:

• Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification (preferred).

• Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., Anaplan Connect, REST API).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

• Knowledge of other cloud-based solutions and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
