About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our CRM FSC Transformation Program, focused on migrating to a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) instance.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in Salesforce development and a passion for working with large, complex data sets in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation and customization of Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Develop and maintain code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Work on data migration, bulk data processing, and data cleanup activities.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to align with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements.
• Ensure the solution aligns with business requirements and technical constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Strong understanding of bulkification, large data sets, and data migration strategies.
• Proactive approach to enhancing Salesforce platforms and refactoring legacy code.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Exposure to Capital Markets domain or similar financial environments.
