Job Description:

Looking for a Test Lead with Scrum Master experience (50% Test Integration / 50% Scrum) to lead planning, execution, testing, and Agile ceremonies in an SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing, integration, project tracking, and reporting.
• Run daily standups, Sprint Planning, and Agile practices.
• Use JIRA & TestRail for project/test management.
• Collaborate with IT, Logistics, Technical Services, and Customer Fulfillment.
• Document business requirements and support system/process enhancements.
• Work with SAP SD/MM, inventory, logistics, and finance workflows.
• Oversee SAP QA processes and ensure compliance.
• Manage risks and drive process improvements.
• Provide updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years PM/QA Lead experience (SAP background preferred).
• Strong in SAP SD/MM, SAP QA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and integrations.
• Skilled in JIRA, TestRail, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
• PMP preferred.
