Overview: This role focuses heavily on Rhapsody development, message transformation, interface design, and ensuring secure, reliable data exchange across major state health systems. Enhance automated processes, maintain data integrity, support SEM/SUITE compliance, and provide technical oversight for systems integrating with the Data Hub.

Must Haves

•    Rhapsody Integration Engine 7.x 

•    Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK): custom filters, mappers, transformations 

•    Message translation across formats: JSON, XML, HL7, proprietary/legacy 

•    Web services & protocols: SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP, LLP 

•    Transport security: TLS, certificate? Based mutual authentication
