Role: Architect (.NET)

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Onsite Coordinator who will act as the primary bridge between the client and offshore delivery teams. This role requires a proactive, go-getter professional with strong client integration capabilities, solid technical understanding, and a passion for driving end-to-end delivery — from requirements to architecture, design, and successful implementation.
The ideal candidate must possess strong Azure cloud exposure along with a development background in any programming language.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Account Growth
- Act as the single point of contact for the client on all delivery matters.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable technical plans.
- Drive proactive discussions on enhancements, optimizations, and future roadmap initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions and estimations.
Requirement & Solution Ownership
- Drive requirement gathering workshops and solution discussions.
- Ensure clarity of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to finalize high-level and detailed designs.
- Validate solution feasibility, scalability, and security aspects.
- Own end-to-end solution alignment with business goals.
Architecture & Technical Oversight
- Contribute to architecture discussions and review design artifacts.
- Ensure Azure best practices are followed for cloud architecture and deployment.
- Provide guidance on scalability, performance, and security in Azure environments.
- Review technical implementation approaches proposed by offshore teams.
- Ensure integration with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
Offshore Coordination & Delivery Management
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Translate client feedback into actionable development tasks.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct regular sync-ups between client and offshore teams.
- Drive sprint planning, reviews, and milestone tracking.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide weekly status updates to client stakeholders.
- Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, decisions, and technical roadmaps.

- Understanding of cloud security and compliance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud migration or modernization projects.
- Experience in multi-region Azure deployments.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- PMP / Azure Certification is a plus.
