Job Title: Senior Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Programme Manager to lead, oversee, and drive complex programs across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business-critical initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Implement program management best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/program-level role.
- Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are highly desirable.
