Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution and ensure effective coordination across PMO teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to independently drive initiatives, manage stakeholder communication, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with PMO teams across the organization to plan, track, and report program progress.
• Monitor and communicate project status, risks, blockers, dependencies, and Key Results (KRs) to leadership and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate program meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Analyze data using IQL/SQL to support reporting, decision-making, and program insights.
• Proactively identify issues, research solutions, and drive continuous improvements through rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong project and program management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with PMO teams and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IQL/SQL with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have expert level Japanese language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Application Security domain.
