Job Overview:

· Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Web Services.

· Build complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Payroll, Finance, ERP, Benefits, Procurement, and external vendors.

· Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations utilizing XSLT 3.0, XML, SOAP, REST APIs, XPath, and Workday Web Services.

· Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data extracts to support business requirements.

· Workday Financials integration initiatives involving Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounting Center, Expenses, Suppliers, Banking, and Financial Reporting.

· Develop integrations using Core Connector for Worker (CCW), Core Connector for Benefits (CCB), Payroll Interface, and other Workday integration technologies.

· Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal teams to gather requirements and design scalable integration solutions.

· Design, configure, and support Workday APIs and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) solutions for data migration and system integrations.

· Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Workday integration design and performance optimization.

· Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, transformation errors, and perform root cause analysis.

· Create and execute integration test plans, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), UAT support, and production validation activities.

· Develop reusable integration frameworks and implementation accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

· Contribute to enterprise data strategy and analytics initiatives leveraging Workday data and reporting capabilities.

· Support Workday releases, enhancements, regression testing, and production deployments.

· Mentor junior integration developers and provide technical leadership during project execution.

· Create technical design documents, integration specifications, support documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

· Work closely with Workday functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, audit, and data privacy requirements.
