Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Level IV) with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and experience integrating AI/ML capabilities using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.

This role focuses primarily on Salesforce configuration, with some targeted custom development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions (configuration-heavy with some Apex/LWC customization)
• Integrate AWS Bedrock AI capabilities into Salesforce workflows and user experiences
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and AWS services
• Build AI-driven features such as:
• Case summarization
• Intelligent recommendations
• Automated workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal security and data standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + relevant certifications
• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Security Model)
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) (light to moderate coding)
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS Bedrock
• AWS SageMaker (basic familiarity acceptable)
• Experience integrating cloud platforms (AWS + Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Health Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with AI/ML use cases in CRM systems
• Knowledge of FHIR / healthcare data standards
