Title: PLM Project Manager – ENOVIA (AI-Driven Projects)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in ENOVIA PLM and AI-driven project solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of PLM/AI initiatives, manage cross-functional and global teams, and ensure successful execution aligned with business and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PLM AI projects across all phases: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and customer stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear, timely project status updates and reports.
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, quality, and organizational standards.
• Support solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development for PLM AI engagements (as required).
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of overall project management experience.
• Strong experience in PLM Project Management, specifically ENOVIA.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven project solutions or AI-enabled components within PLM programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream PLM initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.
