Job Description - Data & AI Solutions Architect

Capital Markets Quantitative & Technology Services - Data Al and Research Technology (DART) team is looking to hire a Data and AI Solution Architect to lead the design of secure, scalable, and cost effective data & Al solutions for building Data Products, Signals and Al Agents for Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Investment Research.

What will you do?

• Work directly with the product teams to capture detailed requirements and develop end-to end detailed solution architecture specifications covering both functional and non-functional aspects of the product.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Al governance teams to ensure full alignment of solution architecture with enterprise data strategy, Al governance frameworks, security policies, compliance and architecture standards.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate that the delivered solution is as per the prescribed architecture specification.
• Present architecture artifacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

• 5+ years' industry experience, including 2 years as a Solutions Architect focused on large scale Data and Al projects and 3 Years experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience in Designing scalable Al Driven software systems. Solid understanding of agentic frameworks.
• Proven experience in architecting hybrid cloud solutions that meet business objectives and are align with security, performance, compliance and scalability goals.
• Solid experience collaborating with Engineering teams, Product and Program management, Data and Al governance groups.
• Strong Proficiency in Python, SQL, Identity and Access management solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands on experience in Data Engineering and applied Machine Leaming.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Kubernetes
