Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for credit card and consumer lending platforms in a regulated financial services environment. The role involves coaching teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery while maintaining compliance with risk and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile/SAFe best practices
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across compliance, risk, and third-party integrations
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs for credit, lending, payments, and fraud
• Drive transparency with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time)
• Collaborate across teams in scaled Agile environments (SAFe / LeSS)
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to foster continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master in banking, financial services, or fintech
• Experience with credit card, lending, or payments platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and audit requirements
• Experience in scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to consumer credit products, underwriting, collections, or fraud systems
• Agile certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master/Agilist
