Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on QA Automation Lead / Manager to drive automation across web applications, data platforms, AI/GenAI solutions, and system integrations. This role requires a blend of technical depth, leadership, and curiosity to adopt emerging AI-enabled testing practices.

The ideal candidate will lead a small QA team, contribute to automation strategy, and collaborate closely with software development, data, and AI teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in software testing, with:
• 4+ years in automation
• 2+ years in a lead/senior role
• Strong coding skills in Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with at least one UI automation tool: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.
• Solid API testing experience (Postman/Newman, REST Assured, etc.).
• Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing at least two of the following:
• Web applications
• Data platforms / data pipelines
• AI/GenAI features (or demonstrated interest)
• Complex system integrations (microservices, third-party APIs, etc.)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data warehouses).
• Exposure to testing AI/ML models, LLM-based applications, or prompt-driven workflows.
• Performance testing skills (JMeter, k6, Locust).
• Experience in Energy & Utilities / Retail Energy domains.
