Role: Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Oracle Cloud Technical Expertise: 70%–80% (strong hands-on experience required)

Project Management Experience: 20%–30%

Detailed Job Description:

Ability to work from the customer location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional professional with deep expertise in Oracle ERP and SCM (R12 and Fusion Applications).

Strong hands-on experience across integration development, RICE components, project execution, and team leadership.

Capability to support project deployments across all phases, including Hypercare and post–go-live stabilization.

10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP in a techno-functional capacity.

3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud (SaaS) solutions.

Proven expertise in RICE object development and implementation.

Strong experience with integration development, particularly using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms.

Experience managing ERP project resources and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and execution planning.

Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience supporting Hypercare and stabilization activities post Go-live.

Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
