Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Salesforce OMS Functional Architect

• Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Administration with relative experience in Commerce Cloud Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements

• Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality

• Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads

• Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives

• Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed

• Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues

• Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront"
