TITLE of JOB: Data Integration Specialist
LOCATION: Remote– PST hrs.
Job Description:
Data Integration Specialist to support a large D365 ERP and Procore program. This role focuses on data migration for core financials, building new system integrations, and documenting field definitions, mapping, and functional requirements. Most of the migration mapping is completed, but there is still finish-work needed, and integration mapping is just starting. This person will act as the bridge between business teams, technical teams, and the SI partner—ensuring that requirements, mappings, documentation, and testing all stay aligned. They need someone who can pick up work mid-stream, drive it to completion, and stay proactive and detail-oriented in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Support data migration for financials and project data, including loading data into D365 and validating results.
Build integration mapping for Procore, Workday HCM, Blackline, Salesforce FSL Lightning, Treasury automation tools, and other systems.
Review current mappings, question assumptions, and confirm alignment with business requirements.
Create documentation: field definitions, mapping sheets, functional design details, data flow diagrams, and requirements traceability.
Work closely with the SI partner to support design sessions and ensure all requirements are accurately captured.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support UAT, training, testing cycles, and end-user validation.
Coordinate integration testing and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
Track work, documentation, and testing in DevOps or similar tools.
Work with file-based integrations; participate in discussions about API-based future approaches (no API development required).
Support data consistency and quality across all systems involved in the program.
