Role: React Native Developer 

 Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

 Experience: 12+ Years

 Visa: USC, TN, H4 EAD Only

We are looking for a React Native  Developer to drive the development of high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide the technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of robust mobile solutions for both iOS and Android platforms.

 Mandatory Skills

• React Native & ReactJS
• Redux for state management
• Mobile development for iOS & Android
• REST API integration
• CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications.
• Define technical architecture and implementation strategies for scalable mobile solutions.
• Mentor and guide React Native developers while maintaining coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Manage app releases for iOS & Android and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support continuous improvements.

 Additional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with native modules (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java)
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing (Jest, Detox, Appium)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Monitoring & crash reporting tools like Firebase or Sentry.
