 1. Routing and Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Cisco Wireless, SD WAN, AWS 2. Firewall Policy Management and Maintenance 3. Better understanding of Load Balancing 4. Operational exposure on VPN Troubleshooting 5. Troubleshooting of incidents relates to Routing and Switching, Firewall, Load balancer, VPN, Wireless 6. Perform Day to Day Operational work pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests 7. Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports 8. Timely response on break fix and help in resolving all the incidents that pertain to Network Data and Security 9.
