Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant – Finance (AP/AR/GL/Expenses)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant – Finance to support ongoing Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting core Workday Financial modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Travel & Expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workday Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, Expenses)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and configurations
• Support Workday releases, system enhancements, and production issues
• Perform testing activities including UAT and regression testing
• Ensure system integrity and adherence to best practices
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations and data validation
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations for process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials (Functional) experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Travel & Expense
• Experience with Workday configuration and business process frameworks
• Solid understanding of financial systems and accounting principles
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
