Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with a strong background in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management, User Management, and TSM development. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize ServiceNow functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access to the ServiceNow environment.
  • Develop and implement TSM (Technical Service Management) solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including user management and role based access control.
  • Experience in TSM development and implementation.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow APIs.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Administration certification.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
