She (Hiring Manager) wants someone who wants a long-term commitment for this team.


Interview Process:  3 rounds. 1st round phone screen with HM. Need to know they want to work with QA team/who are they. 2nd technical screening 1.5 hours. Hour with another technical team. Week-long process and/or she will confirm same day screens if they like someone. She can screen as soon as tomorrow.





Required Qualifications : Self reliable. Analytical skills. Understand and read code/understand flows/make inferences of what needs to be done. Proactive. Her backend team that she has, everyone is senior level. The language they speak is complex: SQL server. SQL profiling/queries/stored procedures. Writing SQL code exp for automation purposes. They wont contribute to the dev process ,but they will test this! Not a ton of documentiaton. Open/read the code and then testing entirely. Jira.
