The Role

Design and oversee the technical architecture of Salesforce solutions for Legacy to eCommerce integration. Ensure scalability, best practices, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and B2B Commerce
• Design integrations between Salesforce and SAP (ERP), MDM, and e-commerce platforms
• Enforce governor limits, API standards, and release management best practices
• Conduct system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades
• Guide development teams on Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Process Builder
• Align technical roadmap with global HLS strategy

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years total; 5+ years as Salesforce Architect in Life Sciences / HLS
• Technical: Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, integration patterns, governor limits
• Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Revenue Cloud), B2B Commerce
• Integration: Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP and MDM tools
• Certifications (Preferred): Application Architect or System Architect
