Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with proven expertise in Developer Portals and API documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering requirements for secure portals, file transmission capabilities, ERP plugin integration, and experience with the Drupal framework or comparable platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is highly valued, as it ensures alignment with our strategic roadmap for the coming years. Exposure to AI integration is considered a plus, supporting future enhancements and innovation. Additional responsibilities are outlined below

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business and technical requirements to support the creation of comprehensive developer documentation, API publishing processes, and sandboxing workflows.

• Oversee the ongoing enhancement of the developer portal’s structure, ensuring intuitive navigation, seamless onboarding, and robust API reference experiences.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to guarantee that sandbox environments effectively address the testing needs of both partners and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain clear, detailed API usage guides, authentication flow documentation, and integration best practices.

• Collaborate with UX teams to continuously improve the usability and clarity of developer tools and interfaces.

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather actionable feedback on the developer experience and drive rapid iteration and improvement.

• Monitor and report on key metrics such as time-to-first call (TTFC), integration success rates, and overall developer satisfaction to inform ongoing enhancements.
