Role: Sr. ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Remote
Primary Skills: ServiceNow Administration.
Responsibilities:
· Perform assigned day-to-day operations of ServiceNow platform.
· Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
· Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
· Support troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow platform incidents.
· Contribute to ServiceNow version upgrade execution.
· Manage ServiceNow instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
· Provide configuration assistance to ServiceNow developers.
Must have:
· ServiceNow CSA certification. Sound knowledge on ServiceNow platform and products.
· Above average communication skills to handle client interactions.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, ITSM, integrations. Code reviews & migrations.
· Support hours: 9-5 Central Time, with occasional support over the weekend.
