Job Overview

Seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum practices, driving continuous improvement, and enabling predictable delivery. The role focuses on coaching teams, removing impediments, and fostering a strong Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives 
• Support scaled Agile events (cross-team planning, dependency tracking, inspect & adapt) 
• Promote use of information radiators 

Planning & Backlog Management

• Drive quarterly, release, and sprint planning 
• Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready 
• Maintain a healthy backlog with Product Owners 

Team Coaching & Support

• Coach teams toward self-organization & continuous improvement 
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies 
• Foster psychological safety and trust 
• Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and blockers 
• Help define working agreements, DoR, DoD 
• Use metrics-driven insights for improvement
