Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst with at least 7+ years of IT experience. Must have prior banking experience specific to checking accounts or pass through accounts/money movement.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the Banking & Lending – Central Asset Account (CAA) Foundational Workstream. This role will function as an over-arching BSA, partnering across multiple cross-commit groups to define, clarify, and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for application development teams.

This workstream is in its early stages and currently staffed with one dedicated BA. The role is critical to establishing foundational capabilities, ensuring consistency across teams, and enabling efficient development by serving as the central point of requirement definition and alignment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Financial services background, specifically prior banking experience specific to checking accounts or pass through accounts and money movement (having worked on projects like this before to gather requirements)

• Experience with SQL (reading/writing basic queries) and APIs (reading and testing APIs)

• Documents Requirements: Drafts functional and non-functional data requirements, leveraging previous info provided and input from business stakeholders.

• Creates Templates / Supporting Materials: Builds or leverages templates to facilitate working sessions and capture requirements and shares best practices with other project teams.

• UAT test experience

• Hands on requirements gathering and documentation experience.
